    • Led a team of 7 to build an algorithmic trading engine from 0 to 1: modular monolith, hexagonal architecture, DDD.
    • Introduced spec-driven, AI-native development, which markedly raised delivery velocity.
    • Set the vision for continuous deployment and coached teams into trunk-based development and feature flags.
    • Led the company-wide initiative to bring AI into engineering workflows.
    • Coordinated requirements and architecture for the scheduler at the heart of algorithm execution.

    • Fine-grained access control, first custom in Django, then on AWS Verified Permissions.
    • Co-led the data-infrastructure rebuild for terabytes of battery analytics: Kinesis, S3, Databricks, Delta Lake, Spark.
    • Designed the new ingestion pipeline across APIs, SFTP, Delta Live Tables and Autoloaders.
    • Architected the notification service on SQS, FastAPI, Postgres and Lambda.
